    Please read below. The following Terms are between Express Cleaning Team Corp ("corporation", "you", "Company" AND the applicant ("I", "contractor", "independent contractor", "I"):


  • We are a service and contact platform between the independent contractor and our clients. I understand and accept that Express Cleaning Team Corp. is a platform that unites its clients with the services that I provide. I hereby declare that all the information provided is accurate and can be verified by you. I agree that I may be terminated if this company becomes aware at any time of falsification or omission of material in the information provided in this application form and in related documents. Express Cleaning Team Corp. may contact my former employers. All references hereby are authorized to disclose all information that they may have related to my employment with them or to the agreement with the company. I hereby release Express Cleaning Team Corp., its affiliates, successors and assigns, and all references from any liability that may be claimed due to the information provided by such references. I agree that I will follow all Express Cleaning Team Corp. policies, rules and procedures. I understand that Express Cleaning Team Corp. reserves the right to add, change and / or remove any policy,
     procedure, work rules and / or benefits (if applicable) at any time. I agree to be an independent contractor for this corporation and not an employee. I understand and agree that the position for which I am being considered requires me to consent to a criminal background check as a condition of working as an independent contractor. This review includes the following: Felony and misdemeanor criminal record reference searches at the county and federal government levels of each jurisdiction where I currently live or have resided for the past seven years; and searches of the county and federal sex offender registry in all jurisdictions where I currently live or where I reside. I have never been convicted of a serious crime and have no criminal charges pending against me. I hereby authorize EXPRESS CLEANING TEAM CORP. To conduct a criminal background check as described above. In connection with this, I also authorize the use of law enforcement agencies and / or private background check organizations to assist Express Cleaning Team Corp. in collecting this information, and may use a third party provider (law enforcement agency). consumer reports or any other) to assist in collecting and verifying such information. I am also aware that the arrest records for charges and / or pending convictions are not absolutely absolute for employment.
