  • Non-Disclosure & Non-Competing Agreement

  • This agreement is between Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC. (PCMF) &*  * . Non-disclosure terms: At all times during independent contractor’s/employee’s employment and after termination of independent contractor’s/employee’s employment   *   *    agrees to refrain from disclosing PCJS’s customer lists, trade secrets, bidding procedures, employment procedures, wages and other confidential material. In addition,    *   *   agrees to take reasonable security measures to prevent accidental disclosure of above stated information. Non-competition terms: At all times during independent contractor’s/employee’s employment and for 24 months/2 years after termination of this employment, no matter if the termination was voluntary or not,   *   *   agrees not to compete with Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC; within a 50 mile radius of Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC. location. Competition means owning a business that provides cleaning services to [residential/commercial buildings] and any of the following services: Commercial/residential cleaning, carpet cleaning, window washing, etc.   *   *   agrees to pay liquidated damages for any violation of the agreement and/or be subject to civil action for violation of any parts of this agreement.

  • If you are offered and accept employment with Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC. you will be required to take a urine/blood test for drug and/or alcohol use. Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC. requires drug testing for all independent contractors/employees to ensure a safe working environment. I,   *   *   , have been fully informed of the reason for this urine test for drug and/or alcohol (I understand what I am being tested for), the procedure involved, and do hereby freely give my consent. In addition, I understand that the results of this test will be forwarded to my potential employer and become part of my record. If this test is positive, and for this reason I am not hired, I understand that I will be given the opportunity to explain the results of this test.
