By sending this form, I am consenting to Hair and Beauty Federation (Malta) and others on its behalf processing, by means of a computer database or otherwise, that any information which I provide to them will only be used for the purpose of my programme. This shall apply also for the online component of the course whereby your name might be accessible to other students in the same cohort and to lecturers teaching during the course. 1. Your application will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

2. A letter of acceptance of your membership will be issued according to the payment of the membership - you can show this letter in your salon.

3. A Sticker showing that you are certified professional will be brought to your salon which can be stuck at your salon door.

4. If you are not a qualified professional because you do not hold the necessary qualifications, then your application might be refused and a refund of the payment will be sent.
