We are trying to make our workout class registration as quick and easy as possible! Our classes come with a complimentary post workout shake as well. Please fill out the information below, send payment and press submit! Once completed, you will be good to go!
Class descriptions:
Boot Camp- A conditioning class that incorporates both cardio as well as strength training.
Resistance Training- This class will teach you the value behind lifting while demonstrating the fundamentals of lifting and proper form.
Both classes are held at the same time. You have the option to do all one style class or a hybrid!

Tuesday: 5:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am, resistance training only
