NO SHOW/STANDBY POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME to avoid becoming a "no show."

Because we understand that everyone sometimes has last minute unavoidable changes to their schedules, we do NOT charge a "no show fee" like most do.
To reserve a new appt, however, you will be required to pre-pay your copay via credit card when you make your appt or during your confirmation call the day before. PLEASE ANSWER THIS PHONE CALL or call back asap. If you do not prepay your copay, your appt will be placed on "standby" and offered to someone on our waitlist. We can often accommodate standby appts if the schedule allows, but it is not guaranteed. Prepaying the copay guarantees your appt reservation, but it is forfeited if you no show yet again.
As an alternative to prepaying the copay, you may always "walk-in" at your convenience (no appt required) and we will make every effort to see you upon arrival, with scheduled appts taking precedence of course.
