Host biweekly Skype meetups for Buddies to discuss world issues.

Host biweekly Skype meetups for Buddies to share travel experiences and play mini-games together.
Life storytelling - WUPA Mini TED Talk Mediator

Host biweekly Skype meetups for Buddies to give speeches about their life experiences.
Learning new things - WUPA Skillshare Mediator

Host biweekly Skype meetups for Buddies to hold fun or serious skill-sharing workshops or even performances. You can also invite keynote speakers from our partners.
Doing Good Smartly - WUPA Effective Altruism Community Mediator

Organize EA events and educate Buddies about EA in the chat group.
Counselling - WUPA Advice Table Mediator

Lead chat groups (each with 3-5 Buddies) as a “peer counsellor” and host weekly meetups.
Weekly Creative Problemsolving - THINK TANK

Research and brainstorm ideas to advise WUPA's internal and external development.

Leadership - MANAGEMENT TEAM

Weekly meetings to plan for WUPA, manage teams and work on impromptu tasks. Extra commitment needed.
Individual Research - OUTREACH TEAM

Gather contacts of university offices and youth organizations.

Administration - OPERATIONS TEAM

Keeping track of donations and documents submitted by Buddies.

Individual Arrangement - WEB DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

Manage and update WUPA's website using Wordpress (No experience needed)
Writing and Editing - PUBLIC RELATIONS TEAM

Initiate partnerships and draft articles and publication materials.

Researching - CONTENT RESEARCH TEAM

Prepare educational materials and search for resources to help Buddies do good for the world.

Translating - TRANSLATION TEAM

Translate website content.
(We already have Chinese, English, German, French, Vietnamese, Hindi, Japanese and Spanish translators.)
Design and Videography - DESIGN TEAM

Designing publication materials, making animations or editing event highlight clips.

Marketing - SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM

Content Creation and manage social media pages.
Legal Risk Management - LEGAL TEAM

Drafting legal documents and devise plans for legal risk management

A. Core - Management Team
- Weekly online meetings (first games then discussions on how WUPA runs)
- Start-up like team - you can choose to take up different Areas of Interest to work on:
  - Leadership & Supervision
    Strategic Planning
  - Pitching to partners and universities
  - Hosting programmes
  - Communication with Buddies
  - Web Design
  - Social Media & Content Creation
  - IT & Database Management
  - Editing and Publication
  - Coordinating with teammates and volunteers

B. Volunteers (Project-based)
