This checklist comprises questions that are important to gain an understanding of your facility requirements. The responses will be used to prepare an initial space program and to determine optimum area and configuration requirements. We appreciate your assistance in responding as completely as possible, understanding that some sections may not be applicable to your facility, business unit or operation. Please note also that workspace standards, distancing and protocols for workspace sharing are continually evolving, making long and short term space projections more challenging.
