The underlying theory is that we are all being influenced by our organizations from the moment we walk in through the door. In seeking to set up a company that is resilient to change, this survey allows us to assess at a relatively high level where the strengths and weaknesses lie in your current set up. As you respond to the questions, you might like to think about what good influences look like, and how you might go to work on some of the weak areas.
