By submitting a voice recording or sound recording to and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in Mothers of Invention (the "Podcast"), I agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of my voice recording and audio recording ("Recording") by The Doc Society ("The Doc Society"):

1. I hereby grant The Doc Society a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, record, reproduce, publish, modify, edit, transmit and otherwise make available my Recording for distribution in any and all media now known or hereafter invented including, but not limited to, for use in the Podcast and any marketing or advertising in relation to its promotion.

2. I agree that The Doc Society may contact me to discuss, explain or answer any further questions in relation to my Recording as may be required, using the contact email address from which I sent my voice note.

3. I understand I shall not be entitled to any payment from The Doc Society by reason of the exploitation of my Recording. I further acknowledge that I shall have no rights of approval in respect of my Recording.

4. I understand The Doc Society has no obligation to use or exploit my Recording nor any obligation to inform me if they intend to use my Recording in the future.

5. I release and discharge The Doc Society from any and all claims and liability resulting from the use of my Recording, and agree not to assert or maintain any such claim against The Doc Society at any time in the future.

6. I acknowledge that The Doc Society will process my personal information in relation to the Podcast and I have read The Doc Society’s privacy notice which can be found here.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and I have every right to contract in my own name in the above regard. These terms are subject to the laws of England, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England.
