please read and review the following points carefully before submitting this contract
thank you for allowing our team to be a part of your special day! in order for us to customize an amazing experience for your and your bridal party, we ask that you to take some time to fill out this contract while being as specific as possible. please keep in mind that an additional 20% gratuity will be added to all services of parties 3 or more.
a non-refundable $225 booking fee is required to reserve your wedding date with Vogue Salon and Spa. $200 of this this fee will be held as a deposit and will be applied towards the total cost of services and gratuity on day of your event. your deposit is non-refundable - only in the event that our salon is required to close by the state of Michigan or if we are unable to offer services due to circumstances outside of our control will you be offered a full refund of this deposit
any service cancellations must be made and approved through our bridal coordinator at least 60 days prior to your event date. all other changes must be made and approved through our bridal coordinator at least 30 days prior to your event date. any services listed on your contract that have not been changed/cancelled within this period and are subject to a 100% charge
all events have a scheduled arrival/start and exit/finish time which you will be provided with before your event date. we do not provide our event groups with a time-by-time or name-by-name itinerary. whether in-salon or on-location all members of your party must be present and ready to begin services at or before our team's scheduled start time. this our stylists can move freely from one service to the next and we can guarantee finishing all services by your desired exit time
our scheduled exit/finish time reflects the maximum amount of time needed to complete your group's services. when working outside of the salon, our stylists will exit once services have been completed. we do not require our stylists to stay with your group once all services have been completed
if services must be scheduled to start before 8 am in order to accommodate your requested exit/finish time, there will be an additional $50 convenience fee applied per stylist utilized
all events that include three or more services will have one master bill. we require all services to be paid for with one transaction, using a single form of payment. final payment is due on your event date after all services have been completed. a detailed receipt will be provided to you upon request
an automatic 20% gratuity will be applied to all services for parties of three or more
as of June 1, 2023 Vogue Salon and Spa has implemented a 3.5% processing fee onto all card transactions. to avoid these additional fees, we suggest planning to make your payment(s) using cash or a check made out to Vogue Salon and Spa
Vogue Salon and Spa reserves the right to use any photos taken by your photographer or our staff for promotional use
it’s your responsibility to schedule a hair and/or makeup trial through our bridal coordinator as trials are not required appointments. trials are one-hour sessions to get acquainted with our stylists and try different looks. your $200 deposit may not be applied towards the cost of a trial. due to the possibility of illness, we cannot guarantee that the stylist(s) present during your trial will be available on your wedding date
if you plan on bringing any food or beverages with you into the salon, please confirm these details with our bridal coordinator. you're responsible for any items necessary to serve food and beverages. a $50 cleaning fee will be applied if anything is left behind. please do not bring ice into the salon as we're unable to keep it cold
in the event that our team cannot perform services on your event date due to staff illness or circumstances outside of our control, you will receive a full refund of your bridal deposit and will not be subject to the cost of the services or gratuities listed on your bridal contract
