thank you for allowing our team to be a part of your special day! in order to allow us to customize an amazing experience, we ask you to take some time to fill out this contract and be as specific as possible. services and prices are available on our website and subject to change. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to all services of parties 3 or more.

a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your date and will be applied towards the total for services on your event date. only if the salon is unable to be open or offer services due to any circumstances out of our control, will a full refund be offered. any changes in dates will need to be approved at least 30 days in advance and your deposit will be transferred only once. after one change, you will be required to place an additional deposit for the new date.
all cancellations must be made 60 days and any changes 30 days prior to your event and must be approved by our bridal coordinator. any cancellations not made within this time period will be subject to a full charge plus gratuity. this includes changes to specific services
all events have an arrival and exit time to use the salon. all members of your party must exit within 30 minutes of your scheduled exit time to accommodate for other parties and guests scheduled at vogue salon & spa. all of your belongings must exit with you. all guests must arrive at the start of your arrival time so we can move freely from one guest to the next. on location must also arrive at your scheduled start time. based on regulations from the state, this is subject to change to reduce the spread of illness. please refer to our updated bridal policies 30 days prior to your event
included with your event is the use of the salon area for your guests to relax and and wait for their services. based on regulations from the state requirements to reduce the spread of illness, this is subject to change. please let us know if you are planning on bringing in any food or beverages so we can arrange a space for you. a $50 cleaning fee will be applied for anything left behind. do not bring in ice unless it is in a cooler or container as we are not able to keep it cold. please verify 30 days prior to your event that food and beverage is allowed to be brought in based on state guidelines.
it is your responsibility to schedule a trial run and it is not required. a trial run is for you to spend one hour trying out styles that may or may not be a good look for your wedding day. you may schedule as many trial runs as necessary to achieve the look you are wanting, however, there will be a charge per trial. your deposit may not be applied to any trials, only to the master bill on the day of your wedding
vogue salon and spa reserves the right to use any photos taken by the photographer or staff to use for promotional use
all parties of 3 or more will be placed into a contract and must be paid for on one master bill using a single form of payment. this means we will only accept one transaction per party. a detailed receipt will be provided upon request
