thank you for allowing our team to be a part of your special day! in order for us to customize an amazing experience for your and your bridal party, we ask that you to take some time to fill out this contract while being as specific as possible. keep in mind that an additional 20% gratuity will be added to all services of parties 3 or more.
I acknowledge that a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve my wedding or event date. this deposit will not be returned to me in the event of a cancellation unless the salon is unable operate due to a mandated closure or if they are unable to offer services due to any circumstances outside of their control.
all cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your event and any changes 30 must be made days prior to your event. cancellations and changes must be approved by our bridal coordinator. this includes changes to specific services. any cancellations not made within this time period will be subject to a full charge of services plus gratuity.
all events have a scheduled arrival and exit time to use our salon. all guests must arrive with you at your arrival time so that we can move freely from one guest to the next. all members of your party must exit within 30 minutes of your scheduled exit time so that we can accommodate other wedding parties and guests scheduled here at vogue salon & spa. all of your belongings must exit with you. all on location guests must also arrive at your scheduled start time. based on regulations from the state, this is subject to change to reduce the spread of illness. please refer to our updated bridal policies 30 days prior to your event
included with your scheduled event is the use of the salon area for you and your guests to relax and and wait for their services. based on regulations and requirements from the state of Michigan to reduce the spread of illness, this is subject to change. please let us know if you are planning on bringing in any food or beverages so we can arrange a space for you. a $50 cleaning fee will be applied for anything left behind. do not bring in ice unless it is in a cooler or container as we are not able to keep it cold. please verify 30 days prior to your event that food and beverage is allowed to be brought in based on state guidelines.
it's your responsibility to schedule a trial run which is an optional appointment and is not required. a trial run is meant for you to spend one hour with our stylists trying out hair and/or makeup styles that may or may not be a good look for your wedding day. you may schedule as many trial runs as necessary to achieve your look you are wanting, however, there will be a full charge per trial. your deposit may not be applied towards any trials.
vogue salon and spa reserves the right to use any photos taken by our staff or your photographer during your event to use for promotional purposes.
all parties of 3 or more will be placed into a contract and must be paid for on one master bill using a single form of payment. this means we will only accept one transaction per party. a detailed receipt will be provided upon request
any changes in dates will need to be approved at least 30 days in advance and your deposit will be transferred only once. after one change, you will be required to place an additional deposit for a new date.
