A word form the Lab: We report a Pressure Corrected Falling Number (FN) using the barometric pressure reading at the time the sample is processed. The pressure corrected FN is for an "as-is" moisture basis. Methods for this analysis are outlined in Federal Grain Inspection Service Directive 9180.38
