Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing and if I am running behind , I will always try to update you.If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.
BOOKING FEE

New Clients Only: Full Lash sets require a USD 20 deposit to secure your appointment. Please text me your email address for the invoice of booking fee.The deposit fee will be deducted from the total price of services requested. Payment of deposit fee needs to be done within 24 hours after receipt of invoice to secure the scheduled slot. If the appointment is cancelled no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be kept towards your next appointment.If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with in 24 hours or on the same day as the appointment, the deposit is forfeited and covers the cost of the cancellation fee.
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed ( at no charge) and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, is sick/ infectious/contagious , please contact us as soon as possible, 24 hours before your appointment to allow time to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of us and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW

Please give us 24 Hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to give us heads up, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.If you "NO SHOW" for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
Groupon/ Specials Tipping :

Tipping your service provider is mandatory and an integral part of their income. While tipping amount may vary among individuals , it is crucial to acknowledge the importance of tipping. Service providers rely on their tips and will not work without them. The minimum gratuity accepted for service providers is 15% of the Service Value.

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds on will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 24hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 24 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. No refunds will be given due to allergic reactions.
