PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission ASHLEY ANDRADE PHOTOGRAPHY, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage child(ren). I hereby grant Ashley Andrade Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or child(ren) will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Ashley Andrade Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP: As a client of Ashley Andrade Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Ashley Andrade Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Ashley Llamas, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard-drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.
LIABILITY: The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Clients will be responsible for themselves, their child(ren), and whomever is in photoshoot and releases the Photographer/ Ashley Andrade Photography (Ashley Llamas) from any claims against their person(s) or their business.
EDITING & SOCIAL MEDIA
The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer. Photographer does not edit any images of a person that isn't permitted on them like "double chins", "to look skinny", etc.. Ashley Andrade Photography believes in loving yourself as is. If for any reason client isn't happy with the editing style of photographer and would like photos to be re-edited there will be a fee of $20.00 per image. Photographer does not give ANY RAW or unedited images out for any reason.
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Client understands that they are not to post to social media in any way slandering photographer or Ashley Andrade Photography.
RE-SHOOTS / REFUNDS
ASHLEY ANDRADE PHOTOGRAPHY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY for all product, sessions, images, ect. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the PHOTOGRAPHER only. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Ashley Andrade Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY; once a transaction has been completed. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo(s)”, selecting an incorrect photo(s) after the buyer has already received the photograph. NO CALL NO SHOWS will not receive any kind of refund.
If session needs to be rescheduled for any reason FULL PAYMENT is still due at the original due date *No Exception*. Re-shoots or Re-funds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, late to session, lack of cooperation from all parties included in the session or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Photographer has the right to postpone a session if needed due to weather or personal issues on photographer's side at anytime or day. If a reshoot has to be scheduled photographer and client(s) will set a new time and date at the earliest convenience or a max of 2 months from original shoot date. If client doesn't not choose a date within the time frame client has forfeit that session and would need to pay a new full session fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STUDIO TIME- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Please double check your date, time, and chosen rental are all correct before submitting. No refunds on unused time. As the Studio does not allow it once booking is made. The studio does reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion but in that rare case is to happen, a full refund will be given then.
With notice if Client is more then 15 minutes late, session will need to be rescheduled NO EXCEPTIONS. If client is a "NO SHOW" no refund will be made and Client will need to schedule a new session and pay another set of session fees.
GALLERIES & ORDERS
Galleries of Client's images will be available within 3 to 4 weeks after the session date. Holidays may change delivery date from 4 to 6 weeks. Online Galleries are available for 2 weeks to give enough time to display, share, and download the digital files. The Photographer recommends MPix.com, WHCC, Millers, Smallwoodhome.com and Shutterfly for printing and products. Chain stores such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, etc do not calibrate their printers resulting in the possibility of poor quality images. For more information please contact the Photographer. Photographer will not be held accountable for poor printing issues.
LOCATION COSTS & FEES
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees for themselves and photographer. The photographer will not guarantee payment on any location. Any location other then the photographer locations will be subject to an additional charge as part of the agreement.
Day Of Session
Please do not bring one with you that isn't a part of the shoot unless it's been okay with photographer. Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before session begins. If Client is 15 minutes late the session will have to be reschedule NO EXCEPTIONS. Please avoid eating or drinking anything blue, red or orange before session, as they tend to leave a stain on the face. *NO cameras/camcorders /any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer, including a written agreement. The photographer will NOT CONTINUE if there are other picture's, cameras or video taping during the session and has the right to END THE SESSION without a refund or scheduling a reshoot.

ONCE FORM IS SUBMITTED PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR AN INVOICE & MAKE SURE TO PAY YOUR TRAINER FEE (get with me on amount) TAXES WILL BE INCLUDED. YOUR SESSION WILL NOT BE APPROVED IF TRAINER FEE IS NOT PAID. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 24 HOURS PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN GET THAT SENT OUT TO YOU.
