6. Guideline for handling personal data in the application form
IHKSports Continuing Learning Fund is established and managed by InspiringHK Sports Foundation ("IHKSports"). The personal information above is provided by the applicant voluntarity. IHKSports has the right to request further information from the applicant for application purposes. IHKSports may not be able to process the application if the information provided by the applicant is incomplete.

IHKSports will retain the personal information provided by the applicant for application purposes and formulation of relevant statistics for evaluation and promotion of the scheme. The personal information provided by you may be disclosed to other relevant organisations for similar purposes.

Upon signing and applying for this scheme, applicants hereby authorize IHKSports to contact any relevant organisations to acquire and exchange of any personal data, and to match you and your household members' personal data to our database for verification.

Applicants should contact IHKSports immediately if there is (are) any change(s) regading the information submitted.

Under The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("PCPD"), applicant has the right to request access to and correction of their own personal data. Such requests can be made to IHKSports on paper.
