Meredith Atwood (@SwimBikeMom) is a four-time IRONMAN triathlete, former Olympic weightlifter, USA Triathlon (L1), USA Weightlifting (L2), and Precision Nutrition (L1) certified coach. She has been coaching athletes and women since 2013 in life, career & sport.
She is the author of the best-selling Triathlon for the Every Woman, and the newest: The Year of No Nonsense (Hachette Books).
Meredith is the host of the Top 50 iTunes fitness podcast, The Same 24 Hours. With over 1 million downloads since inception, the podcast has interviewed guests such as Jen Hatmaker, Tony Hawk, Gretchen Rubin, Gary John Bishop and Dr. Shefali Tsabary.
She has been featured in The Boston Globe, The New York Post, Seattle Times, Dallas Morning News and Publisher's Weekly. Meredith is a writer for Psychology Today online, Triathlete Magazine and Women's Running.
Meredith is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, and lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and two tweens.
