Everyone 18 years of age and over needs to fill out an application form as well as submit the $50 application fee. (Link to pay here.) Below, you will also need to submit a copy of the following:
1. Your Driver's License or Photo ID
2. Copies of six most recent pay stubs or proof of monthly income
Rental criteria: To qualify for an apartment, your monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent and be able to prove income for the past six months. If you are a full time student, we will require you to have your lease guaranteed. If you are retired/unemployed, you must provide proof of your monthly income.

By signing below, you hereby make application for an apartment and certify that the above information is correct. You authorize us to contact any reference that you have listed and to do any criminal/ credit checks as needed. You also understand by placing your holding fee for an apartment, that should you be approved and not complete the lease/move-in process, the complex will keep your holding fee. You also understand that should you not be approved for an apartment, your Holding Fee will be refunded.
