SOLUTION
Please check that the control panel is correctly connected to the motor/ control box AND check for water ingress inside the panel.
If there is water ingress, please unplug the control panel and let it dry for 4 hours before reinstalling.

You will also need to check the following:
Remove the filter protection bag, if applicable, as it could be preventing the water from circulating properly.
Check the floor under the spa is level as this can cause issues with the pump and heating system.
Check that the water level is between the MIN and the MAX marks.
Fit a new filter cartridge.
We advise to clean your filter every week and rinse it in clear water. If the filter cartridge is discoloured and hard to clean, please swap it for a new one.
We advise to replace your cartridge every 4 to 6 weeks if you use your spa on a regular basis.
Remove the suction and the discharge nozzles, and clean them. Please click here to view a video showing how to unscrew the nozzles. Please check the grill for hair clumps/ blockages.
Carry out a filtration cycle (no heat, just filtration) for 24 hours without the filter in place. This will allow to clear any debris or obstructions that may be stuck in the pump.
