  • Taji Salon Policies & Client Consent Agreement

    Please review the following salon policies and client expectations carefully. Your appointment indicates acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.


    Booking & Payment Policy
    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee is required at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance is due at checkout on the day of your appointment.
    If a deposit is not collected when booking a follow-up appointment, the card on file will be automatically charged one week prior.
    If the payment fails, your appointment may be cancelled.

    Client Hair Preparation
    Clients must arrive with their previous style removed, hair fully detangled, and combed through.
    A standard 15-minute shampoo is included. If more detangling is required, a detangling fee may apply.
    If additional detangling time cannot be accommodated, your appointment may be modified or rescheduled.
    Please notify your stylist or salon assistant of any special care your hair may require upon arrival.

    Natural Hair Care Consent
    I understand that receiving natural hair care services is voluntary.
    I have disclosed all known medical conditions to the best of my knowledge.
    I will notify Taji Salon of any changes to my health.
    I understand that Natural Hair Care Practitioners do not diagnose or treat medical conditions or prescribe medications.

    Styling Consent
    I give consent to have my hair styled, even if my stylist has shared concerns about the health of my hair or scalp.

    Right to Decline Services
    Your provider has the right to decline service if a medical issue may affect the safety or appropriateness of the service.

    Late Arrival Policy
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee may apply.
    Your service may be shortened or adjusted to accommodate the revised schedule.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
    Timely cancellations will result in your deposit being credited to your profile for future use.
    This credit must be used within 30 days.

    Satisfaction Policy
    If you are unsatisfied with your style, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon.
    We will do our best to address your concerns immediately or remove the style if needed.
    Once you leave the salon, no refunds or re-dos will be offered.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
