Client Hair Preparation:
I understand that prior to my appointment, I should remove my previous style, fully detangle, and comb through my hair. This helps my stylist stay on schedule. If my hair requires more detangling than the standard 15-minute shampoo allows, a detangling fee may be applied. Additionally, if my stylist's schedule cannot accommodate the extra time needed, my appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. I will inform my stylist or salon assistant of any special care my hair may require when I arrive for my appointment.
Client Consent for Natural Hair Care Services:
I understand that it is my choice to receive natural hair care services. I have completed this form to the best of my knowledge and have disclosed all known medical conditions. I will inform Taji Salon of any changes to my health status moving forward. I acknowledge that Natural Hair Care Practitioners do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or medications.
Hair Styling Consent:
I acknowledge that I have consented to have my hair styled, even if my stylist has expressed concerns regarding the health of my hair and scalp.
Right to Decline Services:
Your provider has the right to decline services if any medical issues are present that may interfere with the safety and appropriateness of the service.
Booking Policy:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at checkout on the day of your appointment.
If a deposit is not collected at the time of booking your follow-up appointment, the card on file will be automatically charged one week before your appointment. If the deposit is not successfully collected, your appointment may be cancelled.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a $15 late fee may be applied. Please understand that your provider may need to modify your service to accommodate the adjusted schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of a timely cancellation, the deposit will be credited to your profile for future use. Please note, this credit must be used within 30 days.
Satisfaction Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your style in any way, please inform your stylist before you leave the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns immediately or remove the style if necessary. After leaving the salon, you will not be eligible for a style re-do or any form of refund. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us during your visit. Please note, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged personal items. Please keep your belonging with you.
