At Alite Laser, every appointment scheduled has a specific time allotted dependent on client needs and availability. Please be courteous to your technician and other clients by keeping this in mind should you need to change or cancel an appointment.
At least 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice (either same day cancellation, reschedule or no-show) will result in a $25 fee that must be paid at your next appointment. If you have already paid a required deposit (see below) it will be redeemed if you fail to give notice to cancel/reschedule. Please note that as our technicians are commission based, 100% of redeemed deposits are paid out to them to compensate them for their time.
- Any client with three no-shows or cancellations within a rolling calendar year will be required to pay a $25 deposit to hold any future appointment. The $25 holding fee can be credited to that treatment or held on your account for your next appointment.
- Please give us a warning if you're going to be more than 5 minutes late. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, we may have to reschedule, which will count as a same-day cancellation. If we can still fit you in, we will make every effort to do so.
