With everyone adapting to the rapidly changing pandemic, it is not only critical that we take the right steps to ensure the best possible outcomes, but that everyone does their part as well. Hopefully this will not be forever, and we will continually make changes as needed.
We are posting here for a broader communication, and as a reminder of the fact that we must continue even though things will not be the same.
At Twisted Hare Salon, we are committed to the well-being of our clients. Our top priority is to maintain the business continuity needed to provide support and service to all our customers. We have taken precautionary measures to keep all of us safe, and they are as follows:
If you are sick please stay home, as shall we.
Please wear a face mask, as shall we.
Upon arrival we may take your temperature by a contactless thermometer. If a fever is detected, you will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment. You must have been quarantined for 14 days before you can reschedule.
Please arrive at your appointment alone – do not bring any friends/family or kids if they are not being serviced.
We will not be doing any drying or diffusing ... this is to minimize unnecessary, unfiltered airflow, and to reduce the time you spend in a close human to human contact.
For your dry cut please come in with your hair detangled, clean, and ready to cut, otherwise we will have to reschedule your appointment.
For color services only please come in with clean hair, and little to no product in your hair.
When you come in for your cut or color please bring your own clips- if you have them.
When you arrive we ask that you text us at 612-729-4415 to let us know that you have arrived- wait in your car (as we cannot have clients in the waiting area). We will then text you when we are ready to serve you. Please make sure that we have your cell phone so that we can text or call you when we are ready to serve you.
I verify that I have not traveled in or outside the United States In the past 14 days. I have not visited any Countries that have been affected by COVID-19
If you want to have a time where you will be the only client at the time (please let us know) we will try to accommodate you.
At this time we will not have any beverages or magazines. We ask that you only bring in essential items to your appointment
