If you are interested in using the Alliance Zoom account for your meeting, please complete and send this form. Requests will be honored in the order in which they were received. We can not guarantee that we will be able to honor any requests made with less than two weeks lead time.
PLEASE NOTE: Meetings are being scheduled in 1.5 hour blocks, this includes one hour for your meeting and a half hour for you and your team to log in and get settled before your meeting starts.

Before selecting a time below check here to see a calendar view for which dates/times are already taken. Please note the timezone set on the calendar.

The time requested below is the time your meeting gavels in to begin, NOT the time in which you plan to log in and get settled. (e.g. A meeting that begins at 7:00 pm will be set for that time, however, you will be able to log in at 6:30 pm.) Please be sure to include YOUR time zone.
Complete Giving Circle Name*
e.g. 100+ Women Who Care Snohomish. This will be exactly as it appears in Zoom and to your members/guests, so please be accureate.
If your members require a call in number from outside the United States (current default for all meetings), please provide which Country you would like as the default.
For example if you are located in Canada and you have members who will be joining by phone by dialing in (not using the Zoom app) please provide that info.

Once someone registers for your meeting they will receive a confirmation message that reads: "Hi [User Name],Thank you for registering for [Giving Circle Name Meeting]" along with Zoom instructions for joining. If you would like to include a few lines of additional information for your attendees, please include those here.

OPTIONAL: Do you have a giving circle logo you'd like displayed on your registration page? You can upload that here if it fits the guidelines below. Images not following these guidelines will not be added to your meeting.
