1. Who is a female role model (historical or present) who inspires your educational and career journey? Why do her actions and values resonate with you?

2. Navigating higher education and professional spaces often requires an understanding of revolving historical and system barriers. Describe an instance where you recognize regression in support or opportunity for underrepresented groups. How did you process this, and what steps do you propose taking to advocate for continued progress?

3. Describe an issue disproportionately affecting women or girls. Propose a concrete initiative or solution to address the challenge.
