You must provide a full 30 days notice to vacate. You are responsible for paying your rent through the 30 day notice period even if you move/vacate the home earlier.

You may not use this notice if you:
- Want to vacate/break your lease before the end of your lease term.
- You are a roommate and you want to move out.

YOU MUST NOTIFY YOUR LANDLORD IN WRITING AT THE LATEST FOUR (4) DAYS AFTER YOU MOVE, OF A FORWARDING ADDRESS WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED AND WHERE YOU CAN RECEIVE MAIL. OTHERWISE, YOUR LANDLORD SHALL BE RELIEVED OF SENDING YOU AN ITEMIZED LIST OF DAMAGES AND THE PENALTIES ADHERENT TO THAT FAILURE.
