Kailua Doodles Application Form

Our 5 Step Puppy Application Process ensures us a safe and loving home for all of our Furever Babies. To be considered for a Kailua Doodles Puppy, all applicants must follow our 5 step process below.

1 - Complete our puppy application below. Total Price $2,500.

2 - All applications will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified within 24hrs if they have or haven't been selected for our current litter.

3 - Approved applicants may be required to place a $500 fully refundable deposit to hold their pick.

4 - Day & time will be scheduled for approved applicants to see, interact, and select their puppy.

5 - On take home day, approved applicants pay the remaining balance ($2,000), sign the Breeder-Buyer Agreement and take home thier Furever Friend. All puppies have been dewormed, started on 1st dose of monthly heartworm medication, had a full vet heath exam including 1st shots, been microchipped, have 30 days of free pet insurance, a 1 year heath guarantee, and a puppy gift basket filled with a week supply of puppy food, bones, toys, and a puppy blanket with mom's and littermates scent.

We require all puppies sold to be spayed within 24 months or neutered within 12 months of age. By completing this application I understand and agree that all Kailua Doodles puppies are sold as pets only, no breeding. I understand deposits are required to reserve a spot on a reservation list for any litter. This deposit ensures you a spot on the list. Deposits are $500 ($250 is non-refundable if you already selected a puppy). We respectfully ask that you not take advantage of our deposit policy and be open to gender. color, and coat types in finding your furever friend. This deposit will be applied to the total purchase price (due when the puppy is 7 weeks of age). Please be aware that availability can change quickly as applications are submitted all the time and reservations for a puppy will be held only when a deposit is made.
