Live Ideas: Undergraduate Primary Texts Journal
Spring 2022 Application
The Live Ideas Institutes are back! Our first institute will be on April 13th-19th from 7-8:30pm. All pieces are welcomed: fiction or non-fiction, essays or poems, short stories, and artwork! The purpose of these institutes is to help students perfect their pieces alongside their scholarly and artistic peers. There is also a scholarship for those who attend each day of the institute. We always begin on a Wednesday, continue to Thursday, and then break for Friday and the weekend. We then meet back-to-back on Monday and Tuesday to complete the Institute. Apply here today! Questions? Ask Dr. Laurie Johnson (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Suan Sonna (email@example.com).
Which institute would you like to attend? (Participants must attend each meeting to receive the scholarship.)
If you already have a primary text of yours or an idea you want to refine, please pitch it to us in 250 words. Sharing a portion of the primary text within the 250 word limit is also welcomed. If you are trying to brainstorm an idea during the institute, then please share in 250 words work(s) you have already completed. Please ensure submissions are formatted in Microsoft Word.
