COVID-19 SHIPPING ADVISORY

As most of the outlet store in US are closed/limited operating hours, we will be accepting orders on through US website. All shipments will be through SEA CARGO (up to 65 days after cut-off). We will resume the air cargo shipments until further notice. Rest assured, all items to be delivered (both onhand and preorder) are in perfect condition and sanitized. Upon receiving your parcel, we still encourage you to sanitize the packaging itself and your item (with care, as harsh materials may damage your item). Local shipments may take a while since there are areas that are still under COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (us included).Thank you for your continuous support and keep safe!

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    Before ordering, please be 100% sure of your item. We cannot change/return the item once purchased.

    Due to community quarantine both in US and PH, please expect delivery delays during this time.

    Preorder items:

    • Price changes weekly depending on the store's promotion.
    • We do not guarantee individual bags (paper bags) as some stores just give a huge bag for all the purchases.
      PAYMENT: No security deposit/downpayment, no processing of orders.We require a Php 500 security deposit upon sending the order form. This will let us buy your item right away when we go back to the store. 
    • Once we purchased your item, the 50% downpayment should be settled in 2 days.
    • Your security deposit will be deducted on the total price.
    • The remaining balance will be settled once your order arrived in the PH.
    • Please always expect a delay. We can only give you the estimated day of arrival.

    Onhand items:

    • Our onhand items are posted in our main IG account: @baghuntress
    • We only allow a 1-day reservation.

    Layaway terms:

    • 30% downpayment is required.
    • The remaining balance is payable in 2 months.
    • If the item is not fully paid before the due date, a penalty of Php 100/week will be added on your balance.

    Shipping:

    • We only ship locally via LBC or Grab/Lalamove.
    • Local shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
    • We assure you that all items are shipped in perfect condition.
    • We won't be responsible for any damage or delay due to delivery. 
    • No rush shipping.
