    How To Score Yourself

    Read each question, then read through each response and choose which level you feel like you are at right now.

    When you have chosen your level (1,2,3) then choose the number within that level that best represents you.

    For Example, IF you feel like you are at the start of Level 2 then you would score yourself a 6.

    Where as, IF you feel like you are at the top of Level 2 but not quite a level 3 yet you would score yourself an 8.

    I  know that sometimes I don’t follow through on things you say you will do. I feel shit that I lack discipline in some parts of my life, but rather than doing something about it I end up telling myself stories like “There just isn’t enough time”

    I have realized that a man is only as powerful as his word and I am very careful with what I say I will get done. I have started catching myself when a story comes up and I have committed to bringing a good amount of discipline into some areas of my life, but there are still some areas where I drop the ball

    I have the discipline and focus of a samurai warrior and I am a pillar of strength. I’m a shining light of discipline to those around me. You are your word and your word is your bond.

    It's not great and I don’t spend much time on it. I may have had workout routines in the past or even right now, but I don't get the results I want.

    I have a training routine that I stick to regularly and I have done a good job getting it to where it is. Although my body supports me fairly well, I know that I could improve it more.

    Level 3: Score From 9-10
    I have weaponized my body to the point it operates like a high performance machine. I have regular targets that I work towards in order to consistently push myself to that next level. I don’t just maintain my body, I am consistently pushing it to the next level.

    How would you rate your diet and nutrition ?

    I don’t eat that well and I know my nutrition could be better.  I tend to eat what's in front of me or what is easy.

    Level 2: Score from 6-8
    I am focused on a good diet and most of the time I am eating healthy. I also have a good understanding of how nutrition is important for not just my physical goals but also my overall performance in all areas of my kingdom.

    Level 3: Score From 9-10
    I have an extremely high understanding of high performance eating with a detailed plan that I consistently follow. This still allows me to have some space in my diet to eat things I like but I am fueling my body each and everyday with nutrition designed specifically for energy, focus, performance, immunity and recovery.

    Level 1: Score From 1-5
    I don’t have very good balance across these areas. I rob Paul to pay Peter a lot which means I can move some areas forward but at the expense of other areas of the kingdom. For example when I try to scale my business life my fitness or home life might suffer.

    Level 2: Score from 6-8
    I have a very good balance across all areas and I can upgrade different parts of the kingdom without other areas being affected. But it takes a lot of energy for me to be able to do this and I know I could get to a higher level of balance.

    Level 3: Score From 9-10
    All of my areas feel like they are balanced and I have plenty of left over energy to put into whatever area of my life I choose. The balance I have created has allowed a high level of freedom.

    There are parts of my life that are suffering,  and I don’t have enough energy to have all areas of my life at the level I want them.

    I’m not paying a price in any area of my life as I am putting energy into growing every part of it, but it takes a lot of work to keep growing every area.

    I’m not paying a price in any area of my life, I’m winning across all areas and I have plenty of energy left over to give.

    To what extent are you that guy that everyone turns to for confidence when the pressure is on?

    Sometimes I’m that guy but sometimes I don’t even back myself.

    Level 2: Score from 6-8
    I can perform when the pressure is on and people will turn to me in these times, but if I don’t have that high pressure situation I find it hard to perform at a high level.

    I need that high pressure situation to get shit done and I will often turn situations into high pressure by leaving things I could have done earlier to the last minute.

    Level 3: Score From 9-10
    No matter what, I’m always the guy that people turn to. It doesn’t matter if the situation has no pressure or enormous amounts of pressure, I show up the same way.
