1: We offer a 12 Month warranty on our repairs unless stated differently at time of purchase. 2: If your handset is unable to be fully tested before the repair, any other faults with the phone that are found during the repair will be classed as a separate issue & we will quote you accordingly 3: The warranty will cover the parts repaired or replaced (Physical damage will be not be covered) unrelated faults that develop after repair will not be covered under warranty 4: Any devices that remain uncollected over 60 days will be recycled without further notice to recover costs 5. Our warranty excludes faults caused by software updates created by the manufacturer designed to stop the part working. 6. Our warranty excludes liquid or water damage, some water resistant phones may lose effectiveness after a repair as the original seals are broken.
