If you rent, do you have permission from your landlord? (Important that you verify with your landlord to make sure that they approve so that you can keep your pup and do not have lose it because of not being approved). Some landlords will allow adult dogs but not pups. So please make sure that you have gotten approval from the landlord. You do not want to get a pup and then get home only to find out that the landowner will not allow you to keep the pup and then what will happen to the pup. This is not fair to the pup and can be heartbreaking to a family, especially a family with kids. So, please make sure that you check with your landlord. Make sure to check and see if you have a puppy fee to pay to the landlord.
