Why should I contract with MedOne? Why can't I just submit my own claim to my insurance?
Submitting a successful claim to your insurance provider requires in-depth understanding of clinical procedures as well as precise documentation in the form of Treatment Reports. Creating these reports requires knowledge of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Codes. Rather than submitting incomplete claims yourself, MedOne can submit detailed/precise Treatment Reports on your behalf, thereby increasing the likelihood that your insurance will reimburse you for part of your treatment costs.
Next Steps:
Step 1: Submit this form with your insurance information to MedOne
Step 2: Upon receipt of your insurance information, MedOne will contact your insurance provider to understand/explore what type of coverage your plan offers.
Step 3: MedOne will contact you to discuss your coverage and provide an estimate of how much you can expect your insurance to reimburse you. Please note: Until actual claims are submitted to your insurance, MedOne cannot guarantee precise amounts that your insurance will actually pay out to you.
Step 4: If you decide to engage MedOne services you will need to sign the MedOne Engagemet Contract which you will receive in a confirmation email.
Step 5: Upon contracting MedOne, CIT Clinics will submit Treatment Reports to MedOne after every procedure so claims can be submitted on your behalf.
