Upon submission of the form, a confirmation message will display acknowledging the receipt of the registration form. Online payment is now available.

Online Payment Instructions - Upon submission of your registration form you will be directed to PayPal. There you will have two option:
To pay by PayPal enter your login and password and follow the directions.
To pay by Credit/Debit, select the Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit option and follow the directions.
