The GT Render Good Grades Program will do its payout for last semester on {churchDate}, to have your child included in the program please fill out the following form by {cutOff} and either upload an image of the report card with the form or turn in a physical copy of it to Suzanne Ellis by 11AM on {cutOff} (this is required before reward is given). All forms or report cards submitted after {cutOff} will have 50% deducted from the total payout below.
