Will you relocate after the festivities for a separate honeymoon? Where?

One last thing! If you plan to plan internationally, do both members of the wedding couple have a valid passport? If so, what is the full name and birthdate as written on your passport? If staying within the states, what is the full name and birthday on your government issues ID?
If traveling internationally, please list the names (including middle) and birthdates, as listed on passports, of the wedding couple. If traveling domestically, please provide the same information from your drivers license. This is at no obligation to you, but it sure helps the process.
