I/we understand that all animals are TEMPORARILY fostered for alleykattz rescue and are the property of alleykattz rescue. I agree that if I decide to adopt the pet permanently, I will inform alleykattz inc within 2 weeks of the foster arriving at my home. I understand there is an adoption fee If I wish to adopt my foster pet. I agree to provide the foster animal with food and litter.

I agree to keep any foster animal under my control at all times while I am fostering and to keep all cats inside. If foster animal gets out I MUST inform alleykattz inc immediately! As a foster I am responsible for the cats!

If my foster cat(s) shows any sign of health or behavior problems, I understand that I need to contact alleykattz rescue immediately. I also will be available to provide transport to Vet if foster animal requires medical attention

At any time, alleykattz inc has the right to do a homecheck of the cat/kittens.

I will relinquish any foster animal to alleykattz rescue upon their request. If I fail to fully and timely comply with the terms of this contract, I will, voluntarily, immediately release ownership, possession, custody and control of this pet to alleykattz inc and if I fail to do so, alleykattz inc will be entitled to enforce specific performance of this contract in addition to any other legal remedy available to alleykattz inc. IF LEGAL OR COURT COSTS ARE INCURRED, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THOSE.

Any items loaned to you by alleykattz rescue (crate, carrier, or other durable equipment) will be returned to allkattz rescue if you decide to no longer be a foster for our cats and/or kittens.

NO cats/kittens of alleykattz inc is allowed to leave with a potential adopter after greet & meet without the consent of alleykattz representatives.

alleykattz rescue is not responsible for damage or injury to any person, animal, or possession caused by a foster animal.
