By clicking the submit button, I agree to Beasty Paws adoption process, will undergo a homecheck, and interview at the discretion of Beasty Paws.
By clicking the submit button, I understand Beasty paws will check my references including veterinary and personal.
By clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "cooling off" period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Beasty Paws and provide a 30 day period to allow Beasty Paws to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back.
By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beasty Paws against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.

Approval for adoption does not necessarily mean you are approved for the animal of your choice. We try to match each animal with it new owner based on a number of criteria(behavior, activity level, temperament,...). Beasty Paws reserves the right to refuse any application if it feels it is not in the dog’s best interest.
