Marketing & Communication welcomes news to keep the RCU community informed. Please share stories, announcements and events using this form.
Deadlines:
- Weekly Warrior: To appear in the next Monday's newsletter, submit your information by Thursday at 5 p.m.
- Website & Social Media Placement: Submit at least two weeks in advance.
Submission Guidelines:
- Use a clear, concise headline that includes a verb.
- Include the basics: who, what, when, where, why and how.
- Always include day, date and time for events.
- Add links or contact info for more details.
- Attach horizontal and vertical photos (preferably not a graphic) that relates to your news. Photos taken with a smartphone are acceptable. Find RCU photos at photos.rcu.edu or free images at unsplash.com.
- List each individual's correct title and department. Example: Dr. John Doe, associate professor of subject, or Jane Doe, director of communication.
Final placement decisions will be based upon timeliness, newsworthiness and importance to the overall campus community.
