🌸 SPRING BREAK 2026 POLICY — FOR NEW CLIENTS 🌸
Travel Dates: March 1 – April 18, 2026

To ensure the highest level of service during peak season, a $30 per person planning fee will be required for all new client inquiries traveling during the Spring Break window.

🔹 This fee will be requested after our discovery call and is required before a custom proposal is shared.
🔹 The fee is REFUNDABLE if the trip is booked within 10 days of receiving the proposal and travel dates are within 3 days (before or after) of the proposal dates.
🔹 If the trip is not booked, the fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE as it covers the time and care spent on research, pricing, and itinerary development.

If your group has 6 or more travelers, there’s a $25/person planning fee after our Discovery Call. This helps cover the time I’ll spend researching, quoting, and coordinating all the details to get you the best options available.
