    If materials provided do not meet specifications, or edits are made by the advertiser after the initial submission, the advertiser may be requested to provide revised materials (HTML, layout, images, etc.). Additional fees may apply.
     
    Your email will be built by our partners at Beth Interactive Inc. A member of their team will share an email preview for your final approval prior to launch.

    We have several ways to increase engagement including relaunching the same email, following up with recipients who have opened and opened & clicked and personalization.

    Review options below:

  • Relaunch to Unopened Recipients for additional fee: $925

    • What it is: Resend same email to recipients who did not open initial email.
    • Benefits: Ensures message reaches those who might have missed it.
    • Additional note: Advertisers may modify subject line at no extra cost to potentially increase open rates.

     Follow-Up to Recipients Who Opened for additional fee: $1,775

    • What it is: Send new email to recipients who opened initial email.
    • Benefits: Build on recipients’ initial interest by addressing points of hesitation, providing additional value or a clearer call-to-action (CTA), thereby improving engagement rates.

     Follow-Up to Recipients Who Opened and Clicked for additional fee: $1,775

    • What it is: Send new email to recipients who opened and clicked through initial email.
    • Benefits: These recipients have shown the highest level of interest. Sending a new, tailored email can further nurture their interest and maximize the effectiveness of the campaign.

     Personalization for additional fee: $300

    • What it is: Address recipients by their first name in the subject line or salutation.
    • Benefits: Grab recipients' attention with a personalized greeting. 
    • Additional note: Personalization by school/chapter, district, graduation year or region are also possible.

    The Beth Interactive Inc, team will review your submission and confirm the details (launch date, audience, etc.). They will also prepare a preview of your email for your final review and approval prior to launch.

    PLEASE NOTE: Edits made by the advertiser after the initial submission or edits requested of the advertiser to provide revised materials (HTML, layout, images, etc.) may result in additional fees.

    Delays in the approval stage may result in a delayed launch date.
