  • Spiritual Insight

  • Employee Commitment

  • 1. We believe in the scripture of the Old and New Testaments as verbally inspired by God, inerrant in the original writings, and of supreme and final authority in faith and life.*
  • 2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three (3) persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.*
  • 3. We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and is both fully God and fully man.*
  • 4. We believe that man was created in the image of God, that man sinned, and thereby incurred, not only physical death, but also spiritual death which is separation from God. Due to this act, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and, in the case of those who reach moral responsibility, become sinners in thought, word, and deed.*
  • 5. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice for all, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.*
  • 6. We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, His ascension to Heaven, and Christ's position as our High Priest and Advocate.*
  • 7. We believe in that Jesus will return again (Titus 2:13).*
  • 8. We believe that all who receive by faith, the Lord Jesus Christ, are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.*
  • 9. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost/unsaved.*
  • 10. We believe in the great commission which our Lord has given to His church to evangelize the world, and that this is the great mission of the church.*
  • 11. We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit, in the life of a believer, is to glorify Jesus Christ in and through that life. Staff come from various denominational backgrounds, so we ask our staff not to teach, promote, or practice any interpretation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, or any major doctrinal issues which have historically acted to bring division within the church. We are not asking staff to change their personal beliefs, but to adhere to this policy which is established for the unity, harmony, and good of all.*
  • CODE OF CONDUCT: Camp does not allow or condone staff to engage in any form of illegal activity as outlined by local, state, and federal authorities. Camp is in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and thus has strict policies regarding the use, possession, buying, selling, manufacturing, dispensing, being under the influence, or consumption of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol. Camp also maintains policies prohibiting staff from smoking or vaping while on-duty or on camp premises. Additionally, theft, immorality, damaging property, physical injury to others, deception, or other forms of biblically unacceptable behavior are cause for immediate dismissal with or without notice.*
