  • As you are aware, there are additional steps involved in completing the registration process to the Youth Training Academy Developmental Program - Annual Program. Please note that this training evaluation form serves as an invitation only and does not confirm registration in any Brazil Soccer School Program. It helps us better understand your child’s current level and development needs before we move forward with the next steps.     Youth Soccer -  Training and Development Academy – Program Overview and Policy.The Youth Soccer Training and Development Academy is a Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Program designed to support young athletes from the earliest stages of soccer learning through more advanced levels.

    1. Program Structure

    Youth Training Academy and development. This is an annual enrollment program, running year-round without interruption, including the summer.
    We do not charge cancellation fees.
    The academy focuses on athlete development, welcoming children as young as 3 years old up to 17 years old.
    All players receive training aligned with our development model, tailored by age group—regardless of the personal goals each player or family may have at the time of enrollment.

    Training and fields safety Protocols:

    We are committed with US Soccer Federation and US Club Soccer work frame during the taining sessions and  official games. Playing Field, fields sidelines and field's grass areas are  reserved only for players, coaches and authorized Staff with background check in acoordance with  US Soccer Federation guidelines.Parents are responsible for their players: before, during and after training.  No parents-players-contact during the training. There is a designated  areas for-parents oberve the training or games. by following each facilitity rules and regulations.

    2. Brazil Soccer school: Location and Operation. The Academy has been continuously operating at Tradewinds Park since 2006—over 20 years at the same location and with a consistent schedule.
    The training schedule only undergoes slight adjustments during May and June, due to field maintenance by the park. Training always resumes normally in August.

    3. Annual Renewal
    The youth academy and development program must be renewed annually, based on the player’s original admission date.
    The annual renewal fee is $100.00.

    4. Weather Policy
    We live in Florida! All weather-related decisions are made by Tradewinds Park Management or Parks & Recreation Staff—not by Brazil Soccer School.
    Training continues in light or moderate rain as long as conditions are safe.
    We strictly follow any cancellations stated by by park officials, including those related to lightning, rain, poor field conditions, or unexpected situations. Brazil Soccer School complies with and respects their decisions.

    5. Training Schedule and Tuition Uniform Policy and Academy Unit
    Tuition is based on the number of scheduled sessions per month:

    Training Schedule

    3 to 5 year-olds :2 x per week. (Mond & Thur) from 6pm to 8pm.

    6 yo 8 years ole: 2x per week (Mon & Thu): 8 sessions/month.limited to 8 Trainkng. 
    9 years old and up : 3x per week (Mon, Wed & Thu): 6pm to 8pm limited to 12 sessions/month.
    Monthly training is based on 8 Training  sessions Extra sessions in months with five Mondays, 5 Wednesdays, or 5 Thursdays are not charged as extra training  These are reserved as make-up credits for potential weather-related cancellations.
    For players who has training on Wednesdays, only 4 Wednesday sessions per month are included. If a month has 5 Wednesdays, we train only on 4 of them or the 5th Trainkng I'd cindydrred as additional or potential recovery dates.

    Academy Unit Uniform Policy

    Players must arrive fully prepared for training or official games,  regardless of age group. This includes bring their own ball size in accordance with the age, (not deflated balls), wearing the complete uniform without any alteration,  jersey, shorts, socks that cover the entire shin guard, and appropriate, well-fitting shoes to avoid blisters. The uniform is a key part of the player's safety and identification on the field. No uniform, no training—parents are responsible for ensuring their child is ready to participate as per academy unit guidelines. The academy unit is committed to fostering disciplined training, discipline focused on sports,  and promoting professional development.

    6. Payments and Policies
    NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY. NO CANCELATION FEES. WITHDRAW :30 days notice in advanced and  pay of the last month of training .

    All installment payments must be paid upfront by the due date. 25 of the previous month ou until 30th of the last month 
    Late payments will incur a $20.00 late fee per player on payments processed after 30th of the last month .
    Missed payments may result in suspension of training and possible registration cancellation.
    To withdraw from the program, families must send a written cancellation notice via email 30 days  noticed in Advance and pay the last m month  of training.  .
