  • Dues Calculation

Please calculate the annual dues for your station and/or cluster by using the formula below, subject to a per market minimum of $100 and maximum of $6,500. All stations within a market that are owned or managed by the same entity should combine their yearly net billings to determine the appropriate dues level. If your annual dues are $600 or more, you may pay on a quarterly or monthly basis. Annual net billing is the previous year’s total billing after advertising agency commissions have been deducted.

  • Upon approval of your membership application, TAB will email you an invoice for payment via PayPal.

You can pay by credit card through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) or print and mail this application in with a check.

Please note: Your membership application will not be completely processed until we have recieved payment.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Traditionally payment of dues has been deductible for most members of a trade association as an ordinary and necessary business expense. In 1993, Congress revised that statute to prohibit tax exemptions on portions of dues used to confer with members of Congress, legislators and the executive branch of government about specifi c legislative matters. IRS rules dictate that those costs be paid from dues rather than other income sources. None of your dues is deductible. Dues include $20 for each subscription to the TABulletin weekly newsletter.
