Rug Samples, Cut-to-Order Fabric Yardage, and Custom orders are NOT available for return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be received in 'as-delivered' condition and in original packaging or equivalent.
All furniture orders are subject to a 35% restock fee.
Customers are responsible for original and return shipping expenses. Return shipping may require an actual ship quote depending on the size/location of the shipment.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed less shipping costs and applicable restock fees after merchandise has been received and inspected.
