I am Ethel Mann, the fundraiser and the artist. I am a Cambridge University student, Design Engineering teacher at Stephen Perse, and a Tzu Chi volunteer. I will offer a total of 65 portraits to this campaign. Your will receive the portrait as a digital file, and we will post the hard copy to your loved ones.
