For each ability, include: • Name & source: What is it, and where does it come from? • Effect: What can it actually do? • Limits: Include range, duration, frequency, or other restrictions where relevant. • Costs & drawbacks: What does using it cost your character, and how can it be resisted, interrupted, or countered?
