Consent

If you are NOT listed as the owner of the property then consent from the OWNER is required to allow you access to the amenities at Cadence. This includes family members, children ages 14-17, renters, and trusts. Choose one option below for documentation required to submit.

Renting / Leasing

Someone who is residing in the household and renting/leasing from the owner or a property management company
Submit a signed lease agreement showing the parties involved, property address, and lease dates. Access card will only be activated during the dates listed on your lease agreement. To reactivate access after the expired date you will need to submit a new lease agreement to the HOA office.

Someone who is residing in the Pine Landing, Pine Landing II or Vista Del Mar neighborhood owned by American Homes 4 Rent
AH4R updates the Master Association office with the updated leases on file on a weekly basis. Once we receive your information directly from AH4R, we will process your request.
