How To Score Yourself

Read each question, then read through each response and choose which level you feel like you are at right now.

When you have chosen your level (1,2,3) then choose the number within that level that best represents you.

For Example, IF you feel like you are at the start of Level 2 then you would score yourself a 6.

Where as, IF you feel like you are at the top of Level 2 but not quite a level 3 yet you would score yourself an 8.

We are the absolute leader in our space and everyone is trying to catch us.

Where would you rate the current growth of your business?

Level 1: Score From 1-5
We aren’t growing much and seem to have hit a bit of a ceiling with the level that we are at.

Level 2: Score from 6-8
We are growing at a consistent rate towards where we want to go, but we find sometimes the results are still a little up and down at times. It still takes effort and input from me to drive this growth.

Level 3: Score From 9-10
We are growing at an accelerated rate while still maintaining the same standards across every aspect of the business. The business has a momentum of its own and continues to grow and maintain high standards without needing input from me.

Where would you rate the current profitability of your business?

Level 1: Score From 1-5
We can make a small amount of profit after paying myself from the business, but I still work hard to achieve this.

Level 2: Score from 6-8
The business profits are growing a consistent rate. We have a repeatable approach each and every month that gets us good results. I’m not ever looking at the bank accounts waiting for that next payment to come through.

Level 3: Score From 9-10
The business profits are at an extremely high level and I have the stability and money set aside that allows a high level of opportunity and protection for not just my business, but my whole kingdom. I have the freedom to pursue anything I want to do.

Warrior Finances [Q1]

What is the state of the kingdom treasury, the overall finances of your kingdom?

Level 1: Score From 1-5
I still seem to live month to month a lot of the time. It doesn’t matter if I make more money I seem to always find a way to spend it and I only have enough savings to cover a few months of my expenses. I only have 0-3 months' worth of expenses set aside.

Level 2: Score from 6-8
I have a plan in place for saving, investing, leveraging and growing my money and I have created a fairly decent war chest that could sustain me for at least 8 months even if I stopped earning any money tomorrow.

Level 3: Score From 9-10
I am highly skilled in the framework of saving, investing, leveraging and growing money and my kingdom treasury reflects that. The treasury expands each and every month at a predictable rate. If I stopped earning money the treasury would still be growing at a high enough rate to support my kingdom and lifestyle.

They work well when I am there, but when I’m not their performance drops.

My team operates at a high level but I think there is room to upgrade even more.

Everyone’s obsessed with my Vision and performing at an extremely high level.

I don’t really have many systems, most things still need input from someone.

I have systems and automations in place, but there is still a level input required by me and other.

My systems run entirely without me.

It seems like everyone just focuses on their role.

Level 2: Score from 6-8
We focus on bringing everyone together in the organization to work towards a common goal, but at times I feel I am the one who points everyone in the same direction.

Level 3: Score From 9-10
Every single part of my organization works in complete unity towards a common destination.
