Terms and conditions:
1- The logo price Depends on the Work and it may increase according to the ammount of work and fixes needed by the client.
2- The client must pay a deposit 50% from the total amount for the design.
3- The client has up to 3 free fixes on the design, any extra fixes will require extra payment ( each extra fix is 10Kd ) that will require the client to point the change needed on the design and to sign
4- Full design will be given to the client only after full payment and u-its not allowed for the client tp use any part of the design while its still in the process.
5- The deposit is not refundable, if the clients wishes to cancel the order
6- The work on the design will only be strated after deposit payment.
7- Assets have seperate prices
8- If printing is needed the client will have to request the printing form and continue with the steps.
9- Prime printing co. will not take responsibility of any delayed work that is caused by the followig :
a- Urgent matters that are completely out of hand like natural disasters and holidays that are not registerged on the calendar
b- The client being uncooperative
c- late in payment supmission

البنود و الشروط
١- يتم تقييم سعر الشعار بعد الاطلاع عالاستمارة و حسب كمية العمل فيه. يمكن للسعر ان يزيد اعتمادا على كميه التعديلات التي يطلبها الزبون
٢- يجب على العميل دفع عربون ٥٠٪ من اجمالي مبلغ التصميم و قبل البدء بالعمل على التصميم
٣-العميل لديه ٣ تعديلات مجانيه فقط و اي تعديل اخر يتطلب دفع مبلغ و قدره ١٠ دنانير كويتي لكل تعديل على ان يقوم العميل بوضع ملاحظاته على كل تعديل مع التوقيع عليه
٤-لا يسلم التصميم النهائي للعميل الا بعد دفع المبلغ كاملا و لايسمح للزبون بإستخدام التصميم قبل الانتهاء
٥-العربون غير قابل للاسترجاع في حال العميل رغب بالغاء الطلب
٦-العمل على التصميم سوف يبتدئ بعد دفع العربون
٧- ملحقات التصميم لها اسعار منفصله عن تصميم الشعار
٨- اذا احتاج العميل طباعه يجب عليه ان يطلب عقد الطباعه هذا عقد يشمل التصميم فقط الطباعه غير مشموله
٩- لا تتحمل شركة مطبعة برايم للطباعة اي مسؤلية في حال تعثر انجاز العمل المطلوب والمبين في هذه :الاستمارة في الفترة المحددة في الحالات التالية
أ- الظروف الطارئة و الخارجة عن الارادة كالكوارث و العطل الرسمية غير المجدولة
ب- عدم تعاون العميل باعتماد بروفات التصميم
ج- التأخر بسداد المبالغ المطلوبة
.الرجاء التوقيع اذا تم الموافقه على البنود و الشروط
