Your Pet is IMPORTANT To Us!

Because we care about your pet’s safety and well being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet’s visit as pleasant as possible .

Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming.

In the best interest of your pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment should it become necessary.

I hereby grant permission to this grooming establishment to obtain emergency veterinary treatment for my pet at my expense.

AFTER GROOMING: Please let us know immediately if you observe any behavioral or physical problems with your pet after the grooming. We cannot take responsibility for problems reported to us more than 24 hours after grooming. if you think you may need to take your pet to the vet, we must see the problem first.

CLOSE OF BUSINESS LATE PICK UP FEES: We respect your time and assume you respect ours. We hope you understand that like you, we have families, and plans after we leave our salon. We charge a $10 late fee every fifteen minutes after closing. Your dog will be fed and boarded for the night at owners expense.

AGGRESSIVE & UNRULY DOGS: We reserve the right to refuse grooming to any aggressive and unruly dogs. If a dog is felt to be exhibiting that is unsafe in regard to itself or the groomer, it may be in the best interest of the dog that the groom be stopped. A fee will be charged dependent on work completed up to that point. All bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law.
