Below you will find all necessary information on how to become a Little Sprouts Consignor/Partner, as well as some helpful tips on how to make the most money for your gently used (pre-loved) baby gear, furniture & toys. 

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with clean, safe and affordable baby items.  Please keep this in mind when choosing items to consign with us.

ITEMS WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING

(these are items that we currently have an over abundance of and/or do not sell well)

 

• Bedding
• Towels & Washcloths (unless brand new)
• Regular sized cribs (we will accept mini cribs)
• Books 
• Car Seats 
• Rock n Plays or inclined sleepers
• Breast pumps
• Used teething toys and bottles
• Bath tubs/slings
• Stuffed animals
• Plates & Utensils 
• Small toys and rattles (any items that cannot be priced at least $10)
• Opened packs of diapers 
• Out of season items
• Recalled or damaged items (items can be checked for recalls at cpsc.gov)

Terms & Conditions

*NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY- ONCE THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED YOU MAY DROP OFF ANYTIME DURING STORE HOURS

• FEES-All items considered for consignment at Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond must be in excellent working condition, clean, be recall free & include all necessary parts & batteries (if needed).  Any items that do not include working batteries will be subject to a $5 fee.  Any items that need to be cleaned prior to sale will be subject to a $5 cleaning fee.  All necessary fees will be deducted from the consignor’s portion of the sale. Any items deemed unsellable or not in working condition will be disposed of and subject to a disposal fee, to be determined by Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond.  

• PRICING- All items will be examined & price will be determined by Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond.  Little Sprouts may also adjust the prices periodically to sell items; this includes discounts, sales & coupons.  Little Sprouts reserves the right to add credit card/processesing fees to prices.  These added fees will not be split with consignor.

• PROFIT- Consignors will receive 50% of the total selling price, after applicable taxes & fees, for baby gear & furniture items priced at or above $10.  Consignors will receive 40% of the total selling price, after applicable taxes & fees, for all toys, books and items priced under $10.

• PAYMENT- All Consignment proceeds may be applied towards purchases or paid out in the form of cash or check.  All proceeds $40 and over will be paid out in the form of a check.  Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond is not responsible for lost or uncashed checks and will not reissue checks.

• EXPIRATION- The consignment expiration date will be 90 days after drop-off.  Consignor is responsible for keeping track of the consignment expiration date. Consignor will have one week after the consignment expiration date to pick up any unsold items.  Items that are not picked up within the designated time frame will become property of Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond to sell or donate.  Once items are dropped off for consignment they must stay at the store until the consignment expiration date or until Little Sprouts deems the items are unsellable, whichever comes first.  Once signed, this agreement will extend through the life of the consignment account and all future drop offs. 
• CONSIGNOR RESPONSIBILITY- Consignor is responsible for keeping contact information up to date.  Consignor is responsible for contacting Little Sprouts to inquire about item sales and consignment balances.  Little Sprouts is not responsible for contacting consignors when items sell or expire. 

• LIABILITY- Little Sprouts Baby Bump & Beyond is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, flood or any unforeseen event.
