Tax Goddess Business Services, PC strives to bring you the best services and knowledge for your tax preparation and auxiliary service work. Federal law requires this consent form be provided to you. Unless authorized by law, we cannot use your tax return information for purposes other than the preparation and filing of your tax return without your consent.

You are not required to complete this form. If we obtain your signature on this form by conditioning our tax return preparation services on your consent, your consent will not be valid. Because our ability to disclose your tax return information affects our ability to properly communicate with you in a variety of ways, we may decline to provide you with tax return preparation services or change the terms (including the cost) of the tax return preparation services that we provide to you if you do not sign this form. Your consent is valid for the amount of time that you specify. If you do not specify the duration of your consent, your consent is valid for one (1) year.

Taxpayer hereby consents to the use by Tax Goddess Business Services, PC and its contractors involved in any of the below processes of any and all tax return information contained in the taxpayer’s federal income tax returns (Forms 1040, 1040NR, 1040A, 1040EZ, etc., and supporting schedules) for the purpose of mailing, including electronic transmission& text messaging to your cell phone, to the taxpayer information pertaining to:

• Newsletters of accounting firm/preparer.
• Newsletters of affiliated financial planning firm to the accounting firm/preparer.
• Client & vendor events.
• Press releases and published articles of accounting firm/preparer.
• Upcoming seminars, webinars, and webcasts.
• Accounting firm/preparer promotions or hire announcements.
• Tax deadline announcements.
• Social media connections/promotions.
• Referral purposes for additional services or information.

The tax information may not be disclosed or used by Tax Goddess Business Services, PC, and its contractors involved in any of the above processes for any purpose other than those permitted by this consent document.
